CARES Digital Training – Reporting and User Management
Thank you for being a group leader! Your main task is to update users for your group. Be sure to invite all new employees to the group and deactivate users who are no longer with the organization. You will be notified throughout the learning modules on completions, quiz failures and when a user completes all the modules.
Familiarize yourself with your login to the group portal, take a look around and you will see your own modules and course materials but you will also see the reporting options and users.
